Pen-y-Lan Hall in Wales is a historic manor house and is believed to date back to around 1690, built by Henry Lloyd, Founder of Lloyds Bank. It was significantly remodelled in 1830 to create a Regency Gothic style. Its was later expanded, though many of these additions were later demolished.

The hall was then acquired by Thomas Hardcastle in 1854 and subsequently purchased by the Ormrod family in 1889. Pen-Y-Lan Hall is considered to be a highly haunted location, with ghost hunting groups reporting various paranormal experiences. Reports of apparitions include full-body sightings, some even caught on camera. The house includes a large cellar, a grand hallway, dining room, a drawing room, two large bedrooms, and servants’ quarters/bedrooms in the attic.

Please note that this is a private residence so ensure that you leave the site promptly and quietly.
