Bramhope Village Hall/The Robert Craven Memorial Hall, was constructed in 1896 in Bramhope, Leeds, and was financed through a bequest from local farmer Robert Craven. It was designed as a central meeting point for the village and has since evolved into a significant community venue.

Robert Craven Memorial Hall, is deeply intertwined with the village’s wartime history hence also functions as a war memorial. It features a plaque that honours local soldiers who served in World War I. This memorial within the hall ensures that the sacrifices of the soldiers are remembered by future generations.

Its now managed by a group of trustees on behalf of the Charity Commission and the hall remains an integral part of village life. Over the years, it has seen numerous refurbishments, including modern updates to its kitchen and roof, to keep it in good condition.

The hall is noted for its paranormal activity.
Reports of poltergeist activity and strange occurrences have grabbed the attention of people. People have reportedly fled the building whilst claiming they have been touched by something. Fixtures have flown from walls, voices and loud banging has been heard, along with eerie singing and creepy piano music coming from upstairs.
